Major issues with the terminal that was used to check us in, to the point where 20 minutes later they finally asked us to go to a different staff member to start the process all over again. "Room was clean and house keeping was on their job from Day 1. WiFi kept dropping so really didn’t get to enjoy that. Grab and go breakfast was horrible. I ask the staff for water after they gave me a bay orange juice. She said I could only get one drink per ticket. The main good perk was how close the hotel was to time square. "
