"The rooms feel comfortable and lush. The in suite dining experience is the best by far, from the moment the call is recieved to the drop off - great attention to details and service experience. Oh, the house keeping staff is just the most friendliest going out of their way to ensure my stay was great. "

" The rooms were clean the staff at check-in and serving in all the hotel amenities like the library bar and the gift shop were really friendly. In the evenings when you arrive late, you have to show your room key to prove that their safety at the hotel and they will not just allow anybody in. They do have a $35 a day resort fee but that gives you $35 credit at any of the amenity or gift shop or bars or restaurants plus you get two complementary bottles of water every day to offset the cost, I really enjoyed my stay at the grand Sheraton and would highly recommend."

"Too noisy , housekeeping crew kept banging the door of their storage which was located next to our room .. this would go on every night until 1am .. room is outdated , bathroom needs some serious help .specially for the cost. staff is great and friendly .. but facilities really needs some care and renovation."
