The space
There is so much to love about this home! This place is a gem that offers a relaxing setting for your family to enjoy with many special touches like the luxury hotel linens & towels that give you a warm and soft feel. The cozy living space features a Smart TV with cable channels that’s perfect for spending quality downtime together after a full day of adventure. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for at-home dining while we’ve stocked the home with amenities and starter supplies for your convenience. Lucaya Village Resort is located 10 minutes (4.3 miles) from the famous Walt Disney World, with fast access to the other great theme parks and attractions in the area and the biggest shopping centers of Orlando like the Premium Outlets and the Millenia Mall. Plus, guests have access to the onsite community amenities too like the pool, hot tub, clubhouse, playroom, playground, basketball court, bakery & cafe, fitness center, and business center.

- LUMINOUS OPEN FLOOR PLAN that’s wonderful for interacting with your family and loved ones.

- MAIN LIVING ROOM features plush sofas and a Smart TV with cable channels great for relaxing downtime moments at home.

- A DINING AREA with a super cute picnic-style table for sit-down meals at home and good conversation. This can also be used as a comfortable place to work on your laptop but we hope you won’t have to!

- A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops, quality appliances, and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, and DISHWASHER for easy clean-ups!

- A BREAKFAST BAR in the kitchen where you can comfortably sit down while doing meal prep or working on your laptop if needed.

- 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate 8 guests as such:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay. Guests have access to the community’s resort amenities too such as:

- BBQ Area (fees may be applied by the resort)
- Sand volleyball, soccer & basketball court
- Business Center
Other things to note
Sanitized luxurious hotel linens (T-300) and towels of 100% cotton (soft and absorbent)are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item.

We do provide a few other essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.


All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If any party or event is discovered, guests will be evicted without a refund and will also incur a $500 penalty charge.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages made during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. For Service Animals, you will need to advise in advance, and a pet fee will apply.
