Awesome family home for your vacation! Located at Windsor Hills Resort, a 5 star resort just minutes from Disney Parks. With amazing resort amenities including water park access it does not get much better than this! Private pool and private game room included as well. (7739TB)

== ABOUT THE PROPERTY ==
Our beautiful 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms vacation home includes all you will need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious and easily accommodates up to eight guests. It is equipped with all you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with cable tv, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private splash pool. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a lovely formal dining area and living room. There are four bedrooms, with the master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed under. There is a fully enclosed laundry area that includes a washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, towels, linen are also provided. The home has a screened, private splash pool that faces east.

== ABOUT THE LOCATION ==
It is just a short walk to the fabulous Windsor Hills clubhouse with Olympic-size pool w/ zero-depth entry and water slide, 50-person movie theater, and sundry shop. Plus, our townhouse is in the building that is closest to the fun-filled playground. Resort Pool is 140,000 gallons of clear blue water, heated to comfortable 79-80 degrees year-round! Relax in our hot tub or play a round of poolside ping-pong. Young adults love the 80 foot winding water slide and children love to dance in the Children’s Fountain! THE MARKET PLACE & GRILL is OPEN DAILY 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and the GRILL is open daily 10:00AM - 7:30PM. Sports Equipment Rentals available through the resort clubhouse. Please visit the Welcome Desk to rent any equipment for a small, refundable fee. Golden Transportation will be available onsite for taxi services from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH ALL DRIVER NAMES. ALL DRIVERS HAVE TO BE REGISTERED AT THE GATE FOR ENTRY TO THE RESORT. 3 cars maximum per house allowed by resort staff.

Easy book and nice place

Great location and fun little waterpark /arcade within walking distance. Almost every room in the house had its own bathroom. Close to all the parks and restaurants.

Perfect March Break Away

We had an amazing time during our stay. The home was exactly as described and provided an ideal space for our family. Open concept, clean, walkouts to the pool area, ensuites for each bedroom and games and fun in the garage. Lost of space for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy.Other bonuses: the house is centrally located in the community so very close to the playgrounds and the main pool and facilities. Windsor Hills itself is perfectly located in central Florida so you are within a short driving distance to everything.We loved it so much we have booked again for next year!

Lovely spacious home

The location and complex amenities were fantastic. Did not know about no access to the bbq grill without a 50 cleaning charge which we didn't opt into. The heating of the pool and hot tub were great but the tub jets are incredibly weak and almost nonexistent. Overall awesome house and spacious! Would definitely book again.

Family vacation

The property was very nice. Property management very promt w communication. Definitely needed a few things updated. The matresses were very uncomfortable and loud like hard plastic so if you moved at night the sound woke you. The icemaker was broken and unfortunately during our stay the pool broke but staff was very attentive even during the holiday week. We would definitely stay again.

Great vacation

We had a great time at this property. Spacious and comfortable. Property location is good, secure and quiet. Close to main office and waterslides. There are a lot of activities including pool table, air hockey and foosballHouse is big enough for family of 6. A BIG thank you for heated pool. It was big and warm. I wish kitchen could be better equipped. Some of the items (knives and pots) need to be replaced. The big complaint was that property management fails to effectively communicate with renters. They never respond . After all it’s perfect for my family.

Great location/Great Community

We’ve stayed in this community a handful of times. I love how we can order groceries/have them ready for pickup when we arrive. We’ve stayed in the condos before. There is a community pool, concession stand and various activities at the clubhouse. This time we stayed at a house with a pool and game room. Everything was great and was fun to having the pool for some swimming at night since we had teenagers with us. I’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect place!

Perfect from start to finish. Great communication with property managers. Every room has its own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. Pool was clean and heat was perfect for cold FL nights.

1. Checking in was poor(my name was not listed) 2. When we entered the house the house was bit cold but we did not find any comforter beside what was given as bedsheets 3. 3 garbage bag??

Holiday Time

The location and amenities were great. It worked well for our family with kids to have the pool in the backyard and also use the resort pool and splash pad. It was nice to have the garage set up as a game room. But, the property needs attention, updated and repairs need to be made. The mattresses in most of the bedrooms need to be replaced (sagging or squeaking.) The breakfast hightop table finish is well-worn. The TV in one of the bedrooms lost its pixel brightness blackening screen and unable to use it. Towel bars missing or need to be replaced, small holes in the wall in some places, the living room sofa has duck tape to cover the rips, and the vertical blinds are missing slates or they fall off the hooks. I recommend this property receive some attention and make some improvements.

Family trip

Beautiful home! Kids loved the private pool & game room! Large enough for everyone but cozy feel so we didn’t feel too spread out. I was disappointed with myself because I didn’t read the pool heat instructions so it wasn’t warm which would have made the stay perfect since it was raining & colder temperatures. Kids made the best of it. I wrongly assumed the pool heat was automatically included. Maybe that could be in bold print. Overall modern home highly recommend! ♥️

Nice house, but not great communication with management

Very nice clean house and I enjoyed the location and lay out. However the pool really needed to be vacuumed and had a lot of leaves and debris in it. I messaged management but never received a response. Also, there were no wash cloths, dish soap, etc. which was disappointing because I thought items like that would be in the house.

2 1/2 hour check in delay due to issues owner had with passwords and connecting to Windsor

The house is very clean and nice. Everything that we needed was available. The downside was check in process Windsor did not have us listed as gate guests so would not check us in. This was booked about 9 months in advance so plenty of time to add us as guests. A big complaint additionally is that you really need to update mattresses as they wear out. I have a video of how loud mine was in the queen bed and like a rock. Dryer would not dry bc vent was so packed full it could not dry.

Little out dated

Home and pool was very nice, Little out dated. Holes in walls, no 4 ball on pool table, beds were VERY VERY old and uncomfortable. Daughter cut her foot badly on bottom of the pool needed stitches. No extra Toilet paper, paper towels garbage bags or dish soap. Half of the light were burnt out or flickering.

We enjoyed our stay

We loved the location and the amenities provided. We are a family of 9 and had enough room for our big family with lots of fun entertainment options at the house. My kids also enjoyed the water slides and the basketball courts on the grounds. Down sides, the attendant at the gate told us our house was double booked (it was not but getting this info at midnight and having to make calls before we were allowed on the grounds was not fun), the pool wouldn’t heat (I was in contact with the property manager a lot throughout the trip to advise but they couldn’t resolve the issue while we were there), and all non-perishable extras typically left by prior tenants were cleared out. So things like salt or coffee are not there. So make sure to have a food delivery scheduled immediately, pack some snacks or plan a grocery stop into your drive to the premise. Luckily, there is a Walmart very close by! Overall we had a great time and we would definitely go back!!

Windsor Hills house was clean and spacious and very accommodating for 6 of us.

It is close to everything and had everything we needed , except the tvs in all 4 bedrooms do not have cable. They have a roku. It would have been nice to have cable and watch what you want to watch in the comfort of your own room. We didn't find the washcloths until the last day because they were all in the kids bedroom closet. And all the bath mats were in the master bath under the sink. Minor things like that didn't matter but they need to know. Also understand that the hot tub needs to be heated with the pool. It Is not heated otherwise and there is a 30.00 per day charge for both. Overall , we loved the house and location. The resort amenities were great as well.

Definitely the “Perfect Family Home!”

This house was just like the pictures! We all enjoyed the entire space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. I am very picky about my pillows and often don’t sleep well at a hotel. Every night I was sound asleep all night. There was a problem with the pool heater but we were still able to swim in it everyday. DePaula Realty addressed the issue right away to our satisfaction. I brought extra garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Utilizing the washer and dryer was very helpful. The playground is just a few houses away which made our 3 little girls very happy. We absolutely loved this house and will definitely try to stay there in the future!

All show no substance

The property is pretty to look at. There are the bare minimum amenities. We were given 6 bath towels and that’s it. No wash cloths. The chandelier sconces were broken. The carpet threshold for 1 room was down to tacks. The pool was dirty. It is a well used game room but needs serviced. In the front bedroom you can hear people walking by on the sidewalk. The kitchen lights flicker and need changed. The patio blinds are broken and missing slats. There is no information in the house regarding policies, rules, insights. Can’t wash dishes because there is no drain stopper. You are given 1 garbage bag. 1 small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is between 1/4 to 1/2 a mile to the “water park” and cafe. And only about 30 parking spots for the pool. We were disappointed
