Condominium 96 Royal Palm Bay Resort is set in mature landscaped gardens. This second floor, three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is right beside the club house with all the amenities 'HIGH SPEED WIFI' TV Free phone calls(heated swimming pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, pool table, tennis,ping pong and children's play area). Just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport/55 minutes from Sanford Airport.

Everything is included in the property for your complete vacation very close to great shopping and all the major theme parks.

The condominium is of the highest standard, the in suite master bedroom has its own balcony over looking a conservation area for complete privacy. The swimming pool and clubhouse is next to the condominium.

Great condo!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Our youngest is a toddler, but we noticed a crib and all crib bedding as well in the closet. We enjoyed this quiet family friendly condo!

This rental was awesome, we were 12 minutes from Disney, everything in the condo was exactly what was describe, it was nice and supper clean, the pool was so close to our condo. The property was nicer than we expected, access to the pool was tricky - book needs updated with current passcode. Our Teenage girls had a problem at the pool with a couple mean kids saying ignorant things to them. Other than that ewe had an excellent stay.

We had a nice stay. We had a lot of space and it felt like home. We had a problem with the A/C but Ms. Susan was on top of it and it was repaired quickly. One or two problems with bugs but it's Florida lol. Mr. Lewis was also very attentive and helpful. Thank you!

I am very happy the condo I rented last year was unavailable this year and I was able to stay at this one. The owners have the place decorated like a home. Everything was perfect. The property managers are also easily accessible, friendly and very helpful. I was in the condo when hurricane Dorian was a threat to Florida and the owner contacted me to make sure I was safe. If you want to stay in a rental, stay somewhere else. If you want to vacation in a home, choose this property for your next trip. Thanks again to the owner and the property managers for an excellent stay.

The beds were possibly the most uncomfortable beds we have ever used. The hall bathroom shower would not drain. On top of all that, the owners charged us for "missing items" that we left on top of their washing machine.

Rental insurance

We had a accident with the fridge shelf on the door it broke. I would definitely recommend getting the insurance. It was easy to make the claim and fast. The owner got paid for it but didnt order it from the same site we priced it from so it was $7.18 more then what he got paid for and wanted me to pay it. The whole reason i purchased the insurance was so if anything broke i wouldnt have to pay out of pocket and they covor 1,500 for damages. So i called the insurance and let them know. But he shouldn't of asked me to pay that because it was there fault for ordering it from somewhere else. They should've Communicated alittle better so he could of got the whole amount and ordered it from where the manager priced it. Thats not my fault i will not be back because of this..

Home Away From Home Close to All of the Parks!

We loved this quiet neighborhood. Close enough to make easy access to the parks, but far enough to have peaceful evenings when your feet are ready to give out! It is near a fire house but the alarms donā€™t start until the morning so it didnā€™t bother us a bit! We had 2 small issues which the owner responded straight away. The housekeeper Susan is such a sweetheart and the whole experience was so wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

O imĆ³vel Ć© completo, com cozinha, maquina de lavar louƧas, maquina de lavar roupa, secadora e etc, todos em Ć³timo estado de conservaĆ§Ć£o. Possui utensilios para fazer todas as refeiƧƵes se necessĆ”rio. A piscina do condominio fica ao lado, junto da academia e salĆ£o de jogos. Recomendo a acomodaĆ§Ć£o e o Lewis a todos.

Great place for a family vacation!

Our family of 4 had a great time at Lewisā€™s place! Very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms and 2 showers, it had all the amenities we needed, swimming pool right beside us, dedicated parking and a short drive to Disney and not far from Universal Studios. There are number of grocery stores within a 5-10 min drive. Check in was a breeze, Lewis got back to me right away with answers to my questions prior to arriving. I would absolutely recommend this property!

White carpet isnā€™t too bad but when you have kids itā€™s hard knickknacks everywhere that kids can break we had to keep the kids in the kitchen they werenā€™t Allowed to eat at the table because everything is white and we didnā€™t wanna get it dirty But my biggest complaint of all is there is no curtains for the shower heading out towards the front patio if somebodyā€™s taking a shower you can see Ridin and you can see everything if the person is showering if I could give readings

The property was as pictured, but somewhat dated. It's close to Disney and the other attractions, but across the street from a fire station. Also, the owner billed an extra $100 claiming we had too many people. We did explain that we had family visit while we were there, were not aware visitors were not allowed. Guess some people just don't appreciate renting to a family that left the place with no trash and exactly as requested.

This was our first time staying at a Condo, I won't go any other way now!! The check in process was easy, the directions given were right on point and the communication between us and the owner was always quick and friendly. We had absolutely no issues at all. The Condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to stay a week comfortably. I cannot say enough good about this condo. We truly hated to leave.

We stayed at this location for a month and a half and wouldnā€™t change nothing. The condo is amazing, location is perfect and everyone is friendly.
