Great Home Away From Home
This cottage was so lovely, and almost exactly as shown in the photos. (The only difference we noticed was the coffee maker in the pics has been upgraded to a Keurig.) Everything we could have needed was provided for us, and in very nice condition. There was loads of closet room, and the living spaces were comfortable & well laid out. The owners have been very easy to work with, and very thoughtful in their check-in & check-out instructions. The College Park location was ideal for our needs, and very close to I-4, the main artery to the Orlando theme parks. We were honestly sorry to lock the door behind us at the end of our stay. For our very first vacation rental, we feel like we won the lottery. This truly felt like our home away from home for the month we were staying here. Thank you so much, Dennis & Katie!

Perfect neat comfortable house at perfect spot
Everything went just perfect! The house is fully equipped with a very clean and easy access in the perfect quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park and lake 5 minute walk. The communication with Deniss & Kate (owners) was always smooth and easy. It was a pleasure staying 1 month in their house, really recommend it!
