Located a short drive from Disney World, this family friendly 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom, home has enough space to sleep up to 18 guests. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable, theater room, game room, open-plan upstairs and downstairs living areas. Outside highlights include a private pool with spillover tub, sunloungers, outdoor lounge seating and an alfresco dining area. This home is located just 8 miles from Walt Disney World in the desirable Championsgate Resort, famed for its two championship golf courses and first-class clubhouse. Guests of this home will have full access to a selection of on-site amenities including a communal lagoon-style pool and splash park, a fitness center and multiple sports courts. This popular resort also features an arcade room, a kids playground and a movie theater.

Overall great property

We arrived on a rainy night, the roof was leaking in one of the bedrooms. Ths hosts were very responsive and adjusted the cost for losing the bedroom. We would stay here again

Family Trip

We truly enjoyed staying in this home. It was spacious,clean, and accommodating to all of us. This house was in the Champion Gate area; very nice area!! It was near alot of the places we visit. The host/owner contacted us the day before to make sure we have all the information needed for the home. We will definitely stay again!

Good spot, responsive hosts

We had eight guys who rented the house for a Golf vacation in the area. The house was as advertised and in a very convenient location. A very comfortable base, and I would use it again. The host was very responsive and communicative, which was appreciated.

Peaceful

I had an amazing 5 night/6 day stay at the resort. There was plenty room for us to move around and lots of things for the kids to do in the area. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet and whenever a question was asked or something needed to get done, the property manager was awesome in getting back to me in a timely manner. Overall the stay was simply…breathtaking!!!

Golf getaway with the guys

Had a wonderful time at this property. We are eight golfers in our 50s and 60s and have been coming to Orlando for years. This is the first time we stayed at this property and they will not be the last. Everybody was extremely happy with the accommodations the cleanliness and the amenities, the hot tub was wonderful after round of golf. The property manager was wonderful and very accommodating. We will be back in the future.

Fantastic stay for 8 golfers

This home was perfect for 8 golfing buddies for a week. The owner and maintenance personnel were eager to make sure that everything was working as it should. We had a small issue with the hot tub heating, but after one quick text, the problem was solved right away. I would highly recommend this home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and there were plenty of bath and pool towels. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again. 5 stars!!

Beautiful Home 9/10

This was a beautiful home in a nice area and accessible to restaurants, grocery stores. 11 family members stayed here. Communication with the resulted in quick responses. Negatives: paying additional 80 to use propane grill for week, extra to heat pool ( chose not to use) please add more cooking items such different size mixing bowls, skillets, pots and pans. Ceiling fan would be great on patio. Planning to stay again soon. 9/10

Family Vacation/ Birthday Celebration

The home was great. Everything was neat and clean. The space was perfect, allowing each person their own room to retreat to. The location was near stores that made it easy for quick trips to pick up items needs. Someone name Larry stopped by to check on us. We were a bit confused about the trash pick up,. but Larry explained the process to us and the trash was taken care of. Overall, I would book again in the future.

Super BIG House

Champions Gate community is a great vacation spot. Close to Disney but also a complete resort with community pool, fitness, food and activities. Four couples came to play golf at the nearby course which is ideal. The house was fully equipped in each and every room and there was plenty to do from indoor theater, pool table, foosball and Pac Man that even us older folks enjoyed. Altho we did not use the pool, we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the great weather. We will surely return in 2025. The host was very available and attentive. Dishwasher failed and it was replaced with brand new the same day!!! No complaints from us!

Great place but not enough pool towels and washclothes

I'm giving 3 stars, but thid could have easily been 5 stars. We came down for a Universal /Disney trip. Disney was 18 - 30 mins depending on traffic and Universal was around 35 - 40. The place was a perfect size for all 18 of us with plenty of room. The only issue, like other reviews mentioned, they do not provide enough washclothes or pool towels. There were a total of 5 washclothes, 5 pool towels, and no kitchen towels to share between 18 people. We asked for additional washclothes and pool towels and we were told they would provide washclothes the following day. The washclothes never showed up and we ended up buying our own....18 pack at Walmart for 6.95. Again, I'd love to leave 5 stars, but the owner needs to resolve tge towel and washcloth situation.

Disney and beach trip

The property is perfectly located with only a 20-30 minute easy drive to Disney. It provided everything we needed for our short 4 night stay before we headed to the beach after Disney. There were 16 of us with 5 of those under 5 years old. Connecting rooms worked out great for all the parents and the littles. The home was very well surfaced cleaned meaning the floors and showers and sinks were so nice. However the house is in desperate need of a deep clean and new paint. The baseboards and fans were pretty nasty. As well as the area around the washer and dryer. The dishwasher did not work but we didn’t realize that until before we left because we used paper product most of the time. We had to wash dishes at the last minute before checkout because that was a requirement for proper check out procedure . The towels could be updated and nicer as well. If our stay had been longer and we had been at the house more, those things would probably have become more of an issue. But for the little time we were there, it was fine. The grand babies absolutely loved the little “water park” at the resort. All in all I would recommend this property and possibly stay hear again

Potential to be amazing

The house is big and has all the amenities listed. There is space for everyone. The issues that need to be addressed are check-in, wear and tear, and repairs. At check-in, we were not on the list at the gate. Make sure you have the number for the property manager, the number in the contract is not accurate. Once we were added to the approved visitor list, entrance was easy. Next is wear and tear, the house has surface level cleaning but the walls have marks and some furniture has rips and stains. Lastly is repairs. The dishwasher broke while we were there and when the property manager finally replied, he replied that it had been broken by a previous tenant and we could wash by hand because the part was on order. This house has room for a lot of people. We rented it for space and so we could cook at the house. Washing by hand was a headache because there were no dish towels or working storage for wet dishes. Fixing these few issues would make this a 5 star rental.

Annual Golf Trip

Very nice property. Nice reference book with instructions for wifi, tv, a/c, local restaurants, check in and check out procedures. Tons of pots and pans as well as plates, glasses and cups. Even had all light switches labeled. Comfortable beds as well.
