Welcome to our beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa, located in the gated community of Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee, just off US-192 and close to all of Orlando’s top attractions.

The villa is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It can sleep up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, couples, or groups looking for a relaxing home away from home.

The villa has a very homely feel to it. The main living space is open plan, offering plenty of comfortable seating and a great view out to the pool area through large sliding glass doors. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the parks or exploring the local area. There is also a second sitting room, great for a separate kids area.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table – perfect for morning meals before heading out for the day, or for preparing your evening dinner. You’ll find all the appliances and utensils you need, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. There is also a formal dining area, ideal for family dinners or special occasions.

This villa can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably.

Outside, you’ll find your own private screened-in pool with a large sun deck for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. The pool can be heated if required, and there is a child safety fence in place for your peace of mind.

GROUND FLOOR

Bedroom 1: A Queen-size bed with a spacious en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2: A second Queen master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds

Bedroom 4: Another twin bedroom with two single beds

There is also a third bathroom.

All bedrooms are spacious and include built-in storage and TV’s for guest comfort.
There is also a dedicated laundry space with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

High-speed WiFi and air conditioning are available throughout the home.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Optional pool and spa heating is available at an additional fee per night – please let us know in advance if you require this.

Lake Berkley is a beautifully maintained resort community with 24-hour gated security. Guests also have access to resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse with a gym, a large communal pool , tennis courts, basketball, a children’s playground, and a tranquil lakefront beach area with walking trails and picnic spots.

The villa is ideally located just 10-15 minutes from Disney World and close to all major attractions including Universal Studios, SeaWorld, shopping outlets, restaurants, and more. Orlando International Airport is around a 30-40 minute drive. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and other essentials are nearby, making this a convenient and relaxing place to stay.
