Just rude!

My family has been coming to Regal Palms for over 14 years, we always made it around someone's birthday and the office always gave us extra wrist bands for family to come for the day to celebrate by pool.The office offered to give me 5 extra wristbands but the property owners would not allow it.It was my granddaughters 9th birthday ( no one was coming back to residence, just pool and play).They also hit me up for 150 dog fee just and hour or so before check in. ( I let them know I was bringing a small dog, no mention of extra fee) It was supposed to be a 3 night stay. I left and had to plan another get together for my granddaughter. Horrible 5 hr experience - driving time and waiting to see if the owners would allow the extra wristbands. The office at Regal Palms even tried calling them and they would not answer!
