We had an awesome stay here. The location in the complex is perfect—5 minute walk from both clubhouse and playground. Both of which were fantastic. We enjoyed the little store in the clubhouse that blew up our floatie we purchased. Our kids loved the water slides and big pool. The playground is well maintained and a cool morning spot. The townhouse itself was clean and the private pool was a godsend for the hot days of June. There is a closet downstairs that has extra things, presumably left by previous guests, like strollers and various supplies. The dishwasher wasn’t working when we were there but it’s vacation so we used paper plates anyway. The pool fence and gate worked great—I felt very at ease with 3 little kids. This was a big concern for me when looking at possible stays. Proximity to the Disney parks was top tier—easy drive to each one. Security at the gate was super friendly and easy and the pool maintenance men were also. Totally recommend this place to everyone.

So clean!

I loved staying at this condo. It was the cleanest VRBO condo I have ever stayed in. It was spacious and in an excellent location. It was easy to check in at the gate and I had no problem with the code at the door. I would definitely stay here again. It was lovely and comfortable.

Great home base for Disney visit

Perfect place for a family of 6 to use as a home base while visiting Disney. Well-appointed townhome in a gated community, close to Disney and various amenities. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

The attached house was 10 min. to Disneyworld, 40 min. to Universal Studios and 25 minutes to Discovery Cove - but heavy traffic often made the trips longer. Because the houses are all attached to their neighbors, sometimes the thin walls between houses were a problem. We had hoped the pool would be heated so we could use it but it wasn't. (And the toaster had broken heating coils so the toast was only toasted on one side.)

The property had a great location, close to Disney and minutes from a Main Street with shops and restaurants. The kids loved the clubhouse pool and slides as well as the pool at the townhome. The home size was perfect for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit is for sale, owner not interested in preventative maintenance, false listing re “heated pool”.

Interior of the unit was as listed. However pool and deck area were filthy - pool had to be cleaned 3 times and deck area pressure washed before it was useable.Owner listed pool as “heated” (no additional cost was mentioned, he has since changed the listing) . Maintenance staff advised us the owner was aware pool heater had been broken for months. Do not book if you want a clean heated pool.

Great townhouse close to Disney

Fantastic townhouse perfect for a family stay when visiting Disney. The house had everything you could want, comfy living, 3 en-suite bedrooms and your own pool. Around 10-15 mins drive from the theme parks. We had such a great start would definitely stay again. Thanks so much what a gem!!

Awesome!

This property was the best!! It was the perfect size for my family of 6. We all enjoyed the personal pool, it was very clean, and it was close enough to Disney that we could come back for lunch and a cool down and go back with plenty of time to enjoy the parks fully! We didn't want to leave! The owner was also very responsive...10 stars.

Great Stay! Safe Neighborhood!

We had a great stay at your spacious townhouse! It was more than we needed but a great price. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was just my husband and myself but this place would have been perfect for a family with children. Very close to all the attractions. And, conveniences just down the road…like Walmart and restaurants. We recommend highly! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Excelente opción a 10 minutos Disney World!

Nos encantó la casa, la disfrutamos mucho, muy cómoda, y la pileta ideal para los chicos. El barrio es cerrado y con seguridad las 24 hs. súper tranquilo! Perfect family stay

Everything we needed and more for our stay in Kissimmee. Check in was easy and all instructions easy to follow. Property was a great size for a family of 4 and the little pool perfect for those morning dips before heading out. Windsor hills is ideally placed for all the parks etc. Everything worked as it should and we would definitely recommend!! 5 stars all round

Beware Unit is for sale, owner is not proactive with maintenance.

Interior of the unit was as expected. Our issue was the pool and patio area. Owner listed property to include “heated splash pool”. When our family arrived, the pool and deck area were filthy, and required 3 cleanings by the maintenance staff and a new filter. The pool heater wasn’t working and was not repaired during our 14 day stay. When we contacted the owner, his response is that we didn’t pay for a heated pool, even though his amenities included “heated splash pool”. Vacationing for 14 days, with 2 young children, without the use of the pool in December, was extremely inconvenient.

Nice property -- But some inconsistencies

Great place. The property manager was quick to connect before check-in, but then didn't answer any more via VRBO inbox. No cleaning supplies in the house whatsoever, and check-out instructions were to start towels and clean dishes. We had to buy laundry detergent and DW soap. House pool had no heat. The property itself was great.

The house was very clean and had plenty of lines and towels. Location was great close to clubhouse. The only complaint I have is the pool heat was not working. We paid for pool heat and it is broken. We traveled with a 5 year old and 2 year old so we were really looking forward to a pool at our house and it was too cold to even swim in.

Great location perfect for small family

We stayed here for a week and the place was perfect for our family of 5. From driveway to Disney parking it only took about 15 minutes. The pool was great for kids (9 & 6), it’s deeper than I thought one side is about 5ft. If you are cooking there are no casserole dishes so make sure to bring throw away pans. You may also want to have extra toilet paper before arrival, we only had about 1 full roll between the 3 bathrooms and ran out really quick. Overall a great place to stay.

We like out townhouse very much, it was super clean. I only had two problems with the rental both are with pools. Our pool at town house was dirty and the jets only worked once in awhile. The main pool was so busy that you could not enjoy it if you wanted too.

2023 Family Vacation

This was a good property super close to all the Disney parks. I would have given this property a 5 star rating but there were some things that can be improved. When we arrived check-in took about 25mins because the owner didnt have our name correct so we had to wait for him to call security to get us in. I messaged the owner because the shower head was broken down stairs.....no reply. So we had to take turns taking showers upstairs. I wouldn't let the kids swim in the private pool because it looked filthy, but I was okay with that because the main pool was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and was very affordable. Nice gated, secure neighborhood. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Excellent Family Friendly Rental

Gated community close to Disney with great amenities. Checkin was easy and achieving pass at gate was a short and smooth process. Keypad on the door made things easy also. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Pool in back of condo was small but perfect for morning and evening swims for our four kids. The main pool at the clubhouse was less than a 300 yard walk and included water slide and great pool for little ones. Disney and SeaWorld were easy to get to and happy that traffic wasn’t too bad. Only partially negative would be if you have a problem with thin springy mattress, I am a larger man, but ended up still sleeping well despite the thin mattress. Overall an excellent experience!

Highly recommend this unit!

My wife and I stayed with my 3 kids (13,10, and 5). Everyone loved the unit, the pool/clubhouse, and the location. The unit was fully equiped and we loved having the 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. It gave my family time to spread out and fully relax. The common living area was plenty of space and comfortable when we were together relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked and had more than enough products for our 6 night stay. The pool/clubhouse was very close to the unit (2-3 minute walk). The clubhouse and pool were awesome! We spent a lot of time in the "big" pool and we also loved the private pool at the unit. The location of the property is close to the Disney enterance and easy access to the main highway(s). The property was very close to a Walmart for easy shopping. Most important the kids didnt want to leave and asked when can we come back!
