Perfect so close to Disney!

Perfect for large group!

Very satisfied with the location proximity to Disney and within walking distance to pool on property. Several bedrooms and bathrooms made it great for our large group. Kids loved the playroom. Highly recommend!

Family fun

The home was roomy for children and grand kids. They all loved the pool and water park. Being so close to Disney made life easy for the daughters and son-in-laws to have a great time with their children. We loved the property and the quite neighborhood

Nice place to stay

It was in a very good location. Could have used some more kitchen cookware utensils for cooking meals. Hot tub was hit and miss, seemed to only work intermittently but all and all a nice place to stay. Close to everything we were looking for. Kids enjoyed the water park on the property

Family get away

Definitely a home away from home. House was beautiful and clean. Very close to so much. Definitely only about 5 to 10 minutes from the parks and about 20 from seaworld. Pool was clean and definitely enough bathrooms for a big family. Will definitely be booking there again.

Christmas in Florida

This was home away from home. Excellent stay everything in the photo was perfect in the home . Me and my family was there for Christmas the kids and adults enjoyed our stay with the pool and game room. We had traveled from Greenville SC. Looking forward to book again soon.

Great location to the parks

The house was wonderfully located to the Disney parks. The beds comfortable, heated pool and hot tub amazing. The kids loved the game room. The only complaint was the frying pans were in terrible shape. Toaster and blender need replacing. Absolutely, nothing that we couldn’t conquer. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The house overall was awesome. The kids sure used the pool constantly . The bbq was not great so wouldn’t get next time . The kitchen items could use a little updating . Great location especially with Walmart right close. Great space for the whole family . Host was very responsive. Comfy beds with lots of towels etc. Thank you for hosting our family .

Wonderful location & community!

My family group of 10 stayed at this property for a week and it was absolutely amazing! We had plenty of room to spread out and not feel "on top of each other". The community is gated with security for entry/exit. The resort/property pool was great for the kids when they wanted to venture from the backyard pool. The location to the Disney parks is hard to beat, although traffic can get congested on 192 during peak hours. The Walmart located near the home is extremely busy at any time of day, however scheduling a pick up or delivery was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Completely enjoyable

3 generations of family on first trip to Disney. Location was perfect: just a few minutes drive to the parks. House was wonderfully spacious: kids loved the themed rooms, the pool/jacuzzi and games room. We also enjoyed the community centre, pool and water park. We purchased the pool heat and BBQ and glad we did as weather was on the cool side. Loads of beach towels were a bonus! Property management was incredibly responsive on the couple of issues we had. Overall very comfortable and well equipped. Wear and tear starting to show on some furniture and just about time for a new coat of paint.

Excellent! Loved the Hot Tub & Pool! Would Stay Again!

Very spacious for 6 adults & 2 teenage boys. Comfortable beds. Hot showers & bath tubs. Keep that dual living room furniture; best we have experienced! Loved the washer & dryer for our clothes. Resort Passes and excellent perk- the water park & movie theater were wonderful! Suggested Improvements: Gane Room-Install a small AC and organize better. Better instructions on how to use air hockey & e-games. And, lastly, in bold & highlighted the instructions about the back door to swimming pool as the alarm went off on us, lol. Can’t wait to come back if needed by us.

Great place for Kids!

We had a wonderful time and would stay here again! The place was spacious and the kids (and adults) loved the pool and hot tub! I was really impressed by the pool security system. There is a removable netted fence around the pool and in order to open and shut the slider you push a button that only adults can reach. This level of security helped me relax on vacation and kept the kids safe. We really appreciated the pool and bath towels as well. I would recommend bringing your own laundry detergent, we did a couple loads of laundry between kids and towels. Trash is picked up every day which is nice, and the hosts provide you with a little starter pack of trash bags, dish soap and a sponge which was a nice touch. The property is family friendly, the kids loved the resort pool and the playground. Communication was excellent with the host and they answered all of our questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Disney trip

Overall the house was great, it is a little dated but very clean. We loved having so much room to spread out. The master suite is very nice. The family members that stayed in the queen downstairs bedroom did say that the mattress was very uncomfortable. Our biggest disappointment was the hot tub, we paid the extra to have it heated but didn’t find out until we were there that due to neighborhood noise ordinances the heater can only be on from 9am until 9pm. We did contact the owner and he said he could extend until 10pm. The hot tub was never what we considered hot ( we have one ourselves and know what it feels like) I’m sure not being able to keep the heat on all the time affects the temperature and I wish we had known that ahead of time. So we do feel like we wasted $150 since we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub after a long day at the parks. Other than that the stay was great, the proximity to the parks, restaurants and shopping was great!

Family Disney Fun

Will have to give a big shout out to the host. She was very easy to work with and responded to all my inquiries within minutes. The house was clean and the location was excellent. Took 10 to 15 minutes to get to the Disney parks. Very easy drive. The pool and water park were a big hit for the kids. Only issue we really had were the at the guard shack. They gave us a hard time when we arrived telling us that the two people that were listed as drivers had to always be in the car when entering the facility even though I had sent a list of all the people who would be staying at the house. They also gave us a hard time when we went out to meet a food delivery driver and when we tried to get back through the gate our pass would not work and they said they had deactivated it. We finally got that taken care of by day two and did not have any trouble after that. All in all the stay was nice and the family had a great Disney Vacation. Would consider staying there again.

Good location for Disney Parks

All in all, this home was a good vacation home for my family. The location to the parks and access to stores was excellent. The house itself could use a little work. Little details like the snowflake lights in the Frozen room needs fixed. Not a big deal unless you are an excited 5 year old. The hot tub was a welcomed after park treat. The jets worked sometimes, other times, they did not work. The daily trash pick up was nice except for the last day. Only two bags fit in the trash bench. We had to clean out the fridge and drive to the compactor to avoid another fee. Most of the ceiling fans do not work.Even though a cleaning fee is charged, you have to wash the towels before leaving. You have to strip the sheets off the beds and empty all trash knowing if you have too much trash you get fined. This made our last day more about cleaning than vacationing. Last con was that it said three cars allowed but only two fit in the driveway and you cannot park on the street. There is guest parking a few blocks away…inconvenient.On the plus side, the host was always quick to answer. The new maintenance guy was very nice.Adequate lodging and has the potential to be a very nice home.

Family holiday. Three generations including three small children.

Property was as described. Spacious and comfortable stay. Great communication. Pool was fabulous for the family and the extra charge for pool heat was worth it. Location for Disney visits fabulous and other amenities close by. The reason we gave 4 star review instead of 5 was due to the security service at the gate of the resort which was appalling in terms of customer service. We decided to use Uber instead of hiring car which for us worked amazingly well and saved us stress of driving 3 cars and was cost effective due to proximity to Disney parks. However every Uber driver told us after their experiences at the gate they would no longer accept fares to Windsor Hills. The drivers and guests were treated with a total lack of respect often waiting in a line for over 30 minutes to get through security. One commented it was easier to get into the White House. After a day at the park with tired children who just wanted food then bed having to sit in a cab in excess of 40 minutes before the barrier was raised on a good number of occasions was inappropriate and disrespectful as we could and should have been able to use the empty lane for registered guests. This was denied. We often got out and walked which was not ideal especially when the children were tired after long days at Disney. If this is not rectified I foresee lots of issues ahead as def would put me off booking this resort in future. The Villa and resort were amazing but the security process needs overhauled asap.
