The Space:

You step onto a quiet, tree‑lined street and feel the gentle Florida breeze as you approach a modest, welcoming home. Sunlight filters through the front windows, hinting at the bright, airy rooms inside. A short stroll brings you to the vibrant heart of Winter Park, while the excitement of Orlando’s theme parks lies just a few miles away.



**Sleeping arrangements**

Two spacious queen bedrooms each provide a comfortable queen‑size bed, perfect for two guests per room. Soft linens and ample closet space make it easy to settle in after a day of exploring.



**Bathroom**

The full bathroom features a walk‑in shower, offering a refreshing space to unwind. Fresh towels and basic toiletries are supplied for your convenience.



**Working space**

A dedicated work area with a desk and reliable Wi‑Fi lets you catch up on emails or plan your next adventure without leaving the comfort of the home.



**Kitchen & dining**

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. You’ll find everything you need to prepare meals, from cookware to dishes, and a dining nook invites you to enjoy them.



**Laundry**

A free washer and dryer are available on‑site, so you can keep clothes fresh throughout your stay.



**Parking & outdoor living**

Free parking accommodates up to two vehicles in a private spot. An outdoor sitting area offers a quiet place to sip coffee in the morning or watch the sunset in the evening.

Located in Winter Park, the home sits just a short drive from downtown Orlando (3 mi) and the charming streets of Winter Park itself. Universal Studios is 12 mi away and Disney attractions are 8 mi distant, making day trips effortless. Local cafés, boutique shops, and lakeside parks are within easy reach, giving you a taste of Central Florida’s relaxed lifestyle.

The Neighborhood:

Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, & historic neighborhoods. It’s like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central Florida, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water & explore the vibrant lakes (a chain of six).



Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living. There’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
