FIRST Floor Gulf CONDO, Poolside Condo is only steps tothe 6,000 square foot Lagoon Pool at High Pointe and the Gulf beyond. Sip your morning coffee on the patio as beach and the pool comes to life. Head out to the soft white sands for a morning stroll or pick out your umbrella and chair for the day. As lunch time approaches head out to Crabby Steve's for a cocktail and snack then relax while relaxing enjoying the pool and waterfalls. Beach Chairs / Umbrella Available

Rosemary Beach for an ice cream or a mid day iced coffee. Return to your beach umbrella as the sun glistens on top of the ocean waves. When everyone is ready retreat back to the condo to freshen up for the evening.

Dinner time. Walk to Rosemary Beach and enjoy a casual dinner with your favorite wine. Only a short walk to Shades for a beer,wings and root for your favorite team or go to Tootsie's or the Fish House for dancing. Another beautiful day at High Pointe.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Exactly as described, clean, comfortable, felt like home... and I don’t usually feel that way on vacation. Perfect location to pool, beach and so close to beautiful Seacrest and Rosemary outdoor areas. We will definitely be back. :)

Close to everything, and so many fun things happen within a 5 minute or less walk from the condo. Also loved having a spot set up on the beach for us every day. The kids loved waking to the donut truck every morning, and playing in the nearby splash fountain before going to the beach to swim and play. We are planning to stay here again next summer. Highly recommend it!

The pool side location was incredible. Walk to Crabby Steve's for lunch/dinner, and hang around pool or head down to beach. We loved the direct access this unit provided, without elevators or stairs. This was the BEST location and setup of all the areas we’ve been on 30A. It’s on the Oceanside, which is great. Front row beach chairs and an umbrella were included saving tons of time and travel space. Even though High Pointe is an older complex, this unit was clean and maintained. It’s right across the street (less than 3 minute walk) to Peddlers Pavilion with food, treats, Starbucks, shopping, and live music every night. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Condo is located in a prime spot on 30a/ Seacrest beach right next to Rosemary. First floor unit made it easy access for pool and walking to beach with a child. Michael was a great host who communicated easily/ quickly with our questions. Really loved that 2 chairs came with this unit for easy beach use. Crabby Steve’s was a nice bonus for wonderful seafood and drinks. Renting in High Pointe with friends in other units was the perfect beach vacation!

Location of this unit on property is great and wonderful bonus of being a ground floor unit making it so easy to come and go, especially with kids. The thermostat seems to be on auto control, which kept the unit a bit chilly at times - I suggest bringing a lightweight jacket or blanket for the couch (chilly in the morning, but felt great after being out at the beach or pool in the afternoon). Unit is furnished with all the basics in the kitchen (but if you have small kids you might want to pack some plastic cups or plates as there were none there), washer and dryer and coffee maker. We love staying at High Pointe and communication with this owner was easy and quick.

Loved the location. It was very easy to communicate with owner and get questions answered. My only criticism was the cleanliness upon check in. I know turn around time on the homes and condos is a very short window. However, neither bathroom toilet under the seat was cleaned! Gross! Our housekeeper did fix the issue, but still gross. There were also dead bugs that had not been vacuumed by the sliding glass door, a bit out of sight so I can maybe give a small pass on that.

Unit is as advertised. I would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend. As I read in others reviews the pool was closed for a portion of our stay as well, the the fault of the Vrbo host and I was promised a partial credit but fair warning to others it does happen. The condo is clean and functional but there are things that could use some attention. Nothing major that would affect your stay just things like missing/broken door stops and finicky faucets etc that would have to be remedied to be a 5 star for me. All tolled, I give it a 4.8. And fair warning, the owner requests additional credit card info outside the Vrbo site for wristbands not returned.

The property was decent, the condo that we stayed in specifically had sand in the bunk beds when we arrived. The condo owner was completely unprofessional, unstable, and threatening when he said that I should be SHOT when I was accused of damaging a piece of trim in the bathroom. Under no circumstance should the property owner have treated or spoken to me in such a deplorable way. He frightened me and my two children. Disheartening end to our vacation. Beware

Great location on the beachside in Seacrest, centrally located to everything. The weather and the beach were perfect during our stay. I would love to say that the pool was nice but it was closed for scheduled maintenance during our stay. This information should have been disclosed, one of the main reasons I booked this property was to have access to a pool. The unit is badly in need of a deep cleaning. I understand the turn time is short between rentals but I don't think that's an excuse not to properly clean. The carpet is stained throughout and it was visibly dirty on most surfaces. It makes it hard to have a comfortable stay when you can see dirt everywhere. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the microwave.

2nd time we’ve stayed at this condo and had a fabulous time!! Owner is super responsive and condo was perfect. The location on the bottom floor is so easy to access pool, beach and Crabby Steve’s (restaurant on site) and we can’t wait for our next stay here this summer!

We usually book at Highpointe, when we are coming to this area. Can't beat the beach the pool and location. We usually come in October and love it this time of year. This year the weather was PERFECT. On this occasion the pool was closed for 3 weeks for renovation. The owner worked with us and refunded some of our money for not being able to use the pool which is right out the back door, and the kids love to swim in.

We really enjoyed our stay! The second bedroom with two bunk bed sets was perfect for our family of four. Being on the ground floor makes it so convenient with groceries and pool access. We hope this unit is available next year!
