Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious, and our kids really enjoyed the pool. We also loved riding the gondola inside the hotel, and the restaurants were excellent. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the sofa bed had dirty sheets when our children were getting ready to sleep. When I called housekeeping, they simply offered to bring clean sheets without apologizing, so I had to remake the bed myself. Another surprise was the daily resort fee. I wasn’t aware that it would be charged each day, so seeing it added at checkout was unexpected and a bit disappointing. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and would consider returning.

Large rooms with a family great pool is awesome. It’s a great overall property.

I don’t like those surprise fees once you get there, but other than that, Caesars still has it!

This was our second time staying here, and the lobby smelled wonderful. The rooms were clean and offered gorgeous views of the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful, while Housekeeping, Bell, and Valet services were prompt and efficient. It’s also conveniently located near stores, shops, restaurants, and the strip. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning.
