Puerto de la Cruz country house on a 21.000 m2 plot, set in an Banana Plantation. If you are looking for a traditional country house with history and charm this is for you. It is an ample villa with good quality vintage furniture. New kithen with dishwasher. This villa is appreciated by travelers wanting peace and privacy, because the space and that enormous garden.
Large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture with views to the garden. There is also a roof with spectacular views to Puerto, Teide Peak and the sea. The house is situated on La Dehesa area, and to get to the house you must use a 240 metres Paved road and also a not paved road section. The house has fibre wifi. Private parking. This house offers great independence, but it is only a few minutes driving to the beach and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.

A very restful and enjoyable stay in a fabulous villa.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we continued to be impressed with this well appointed, secluded and tastefully-furnished villa. The communication with the agent was first class, clear, helpful and prompt and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for her. We have already recommended this property to a neighbour and would love to return again ourselves.

Puerto de la Cruz's best secret
We have had a wonderful holiday. The villa is beautiful, clean and private. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views and the sun. In the morning all you can hear are the birds and the waves breaking on the rocks at the beach. The pool was immaculate and a maintenance guy came in twice in the week to clean it and water some of the plants. We stayed at the end of March to the beginning of April and it has been hot and sunny all week with temperatures up to 30 degrees. It is an absolutely stunning place for a holiday and the local property manager couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent oasis in paradise
The property was remarkable and just as it appeared in the photos. Communication with the host was superb. Any questions or concerns we had throughout the trip were answered promptly. Would absolutely recommend again!

A plantation secret in development
The owner describes the facility as a secret in a banana plantation. This correct: no close neighbours but with a fantastic view on the mountains, the Orotava sea valley, Puerto de la Cruz and the sea itself! The house is furnished in a very cozy way but investments are partially necessary (and will be done this year following an announcement) All in all: unique and to recommended!

… with a phantastic view located in a banana planatations and comfortable furniture To be improved: - no microwave - no medium size cooking pots - better communication on cleaning and gardening (not more and not less once a week) in terms of vacation privacy

Attractive, mature place
We all loved the old house and its furnishings and its peaceful setting. The owner is very charming. It does however need upgrading. Plumbing, taps, showers not good, the electrics poor, the kitchen oven kaput. No dishwasher or microwave For six, two camp beds and two single beds were poor, only the double bed was good.

Charming villa and hosts
We enjoyed are stay here, marred by poor weather. The villa is old fashioned particularly the bathrooms and kitchen but it is comfortable with an old world charm. The garden is lovely, when it’s not raining! Isabel and Andres are very welcoming

Traditional family home with everything you need
We came across this property by accident when searching the internet for a holiday property. How lucky were we?? A truly lovely, tranquil and welcoming home. The 5 of us including 3 teenagers aged 19, 16 and 13 all loved it. Close enough to the beach and other attractions when needed, but far enough away to get a true feel for North Tenerife. We were glad that we hired a car, although we didnt use it everyday, but it did make it easier for getting around and shopping. The pool, although unheated did warm up naturally and was very welcome both morning and evening. Owners Andreas and Isabelle were very welcoming and whilst we didn't need to ask for anything they were living nearby and were available all week, incuding delivering a surprise package of fresh croissants and morning goods on our second day! This property is not modern, but it is clean, spacious and full of character. I would thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay there again.

Lovely and peaceful traditional house in midst of banana plantation
We've had a fantastic and relaxing time at the villa. Kids and us loved it. Fantastic quiet location, beautiful garden and veranda and great views of the sea, sunsets and Teide from the roof terrace. Short 5 minutes drive to Loro Parque or Playa Jardin or Puerto de la Cruz centre. Andres the owner was very funny and helpful with tips for the best restaurants and places to go to. Great holiday choice.
