Family-friendly holiday home in Puerto de la Cruz
Puerto de la Cruz country house on a 21.000 m2 plot, set in an Banana Plantation. If you are looking for a traditional country house with history and charm this is for you. It is an ample villa with good quality vintage furniture. New kithen with dishwasher. This villa is appreciated by travelers wanting peace and privacy, because the space and that enormous garden.
Large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture with views to the garden. There is also a roof with spectacular views to Puerto, Teide Peak and the sea. The house is situated on La Dehesa area, and to get to the house you must use a 240 metres Paved road and also a not paved road section. The house has fibre wifi. Private parking. This house offers great independence, but it is only a few minutes driving to the beach and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.
There is a TV room with Smart TV- 4K (3840x2160p). Bluetooth, 3 HDMI, 2 USB and ample sofa bed.

A very restful and enjoyable stay in a fabulous villa.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we continued to be impressed with this well appointed, secluded and tastefully-furnished villa. The communication with the agent was first class, clear, helpful and prompt and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for her. We have already recommended this property to a neighbour and would love to return again ourselves.

Puerto de la Cruz's best secret
We have had a wonderful holiday. The villa is beautiful, clean and private. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views and the sun. In the morning all you can hear are the birds and the waves breaking on the rocks at the beach. The pool was immaculate and a maintenance guy came in twice in the week to clean it and water some of the plants. We stayed at the end of March to the beginning of April and it has been hot and sunny all week with temperatures up to 30 degrees. It is an absolutely stunning place for a holiday and the local property manager couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent oasis in paradise
The property was remarkable and just as it appeared in the photos. Communication with the host was superb. Any questions or concerns we had throughout the trip were answered promptly. Would absolutely recommend again!

A plantation secret in development
The owner describes the facility as a secret in a banana plantation. This correct: no close neighbours but with a fantastic view on the mountains, the Orotava sea valley, Puerto de la Cruz and the sea itself! The house is furnished in a very cozy way but investments are partially necessary (and will be done this year following an announcement) All in all: unique and to recommended!

… with a phantastic view located in a banana planatations and comfortable furniture To be improved: - no microwave - no medium size cooking pots - better communication on cleaning and gardening (not more and not less once a week) in terms of vacation privacy
