This condo is absolutely unbeatable, from first class furnishings and painting to fully stocked amenities and other unique details. Perfect for a family or friends getaway with smart lock for an easy access and secured parking on premisses.

The Space:
This Studio condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. This condo features a 65" TV with Dish in the living room and a Queen size pull out bed. The bedroom has a full size bed with a 50" TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and granite counter tops.

Resort Amenities includes Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Wide Walkway to beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Free Parking, 24 hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 New Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures, social distancies policy during check in and check out and general interaction with staff and community.

The Resort has a large hot tub, 2 size pools, kids water park with slides, volleyball court and soccer goals. The resort is still under construction but that will not counter the experience and relaxation that this new resort offers. Also, be aware that when doing the check in at front desk, the resort will collect the payment for the resort wristbands, this has a cost of 7 dollars per person por night. This is a Resort policy that it is outside from our hands.
