Welcome to C30501. This 2 bedroom 1 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The condo features Queen sofa bed in the living room, a king-size bed in the master bedroom, and Queen size bed in the second room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and Granite countertops. The master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. This unit has a huge 16 x 20 balcony with beautiful ocean and mountain views. Full-size washer and dryer in the separate laundry room.

Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. Propane tanks can be requested at the Front Desk for a fee.
