Absolutely beautiful property with some of the best views in the Peurto Vallarta area. The food and drinks were amazing. Luis at the swim up Manatee bar and Benito on the 6th floor were both really great at keeping us up on drinks. The only negative thing I can say are some of the pools were in need of a deep clean, with build up along the edges and one of them even had algae build up along the floor and floating around..Compared to other secrets and all inclusives we have stayed at, the activities and entertainment after dinner hours seemed to be lacking, with the entertainment staff not being very engaging. Otherwise, this resort was amazing and we would definitely return.

Wonderful food and service. The spa was amazing! They had some fun activities as well. The downside is the beach is small and rocky and the surf break was crowded. They also did not have a hot tub on the entire resort. The room plunge pools are cold water.

The property was well-situated for singles, couples, and families. If you booked your reservation with the Secrets all inclusive option you could eat at all 10 restaurants, the French restaurant was our favorite. We really enjoyed the house band every night as well as the on site entertainment offered. The beach access was awesome but the 8th floor pool access with service was the best. Thanks again Secrets, impressive.

Terrible staff. Rude people working at the front desk. If you don’t want to hear their long talk about their offers they treat you as if you’ve done something horrible to offend them EVERY SINGLE DAY OF YOUR STAY. If you are looking for a quiet vacation and great food stay far away from here. Every area is really noisy and the food is edible but not good.

I stayed at Dreams shortly after it opened a few years ago. Some kinks needed to be worked out. I am happy to say that they were and I really enjoyed my stay this time. The elevator situation is still a little confusing but with stair cases that are clearly marked things we much better. I recommend.

Property is beautiful. Lots of construction near property so noise was a nuisance. I wish we were given a heads up about the construction. Room was ok. Definitely room for improvement. New hotel so once kinks are worked out we will definitively return.

This resort is absolutely beautiful and the service is amazing. The pictures you see on the website don’t do it justice. There are plenty of things to do at the resort and plenty of dining options. The only negative is that you’re about 45 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, but it is easy to Uber if you want a day away from the resort. I would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed the stay. Great food and great staff. They do push the timeshare sell too much in my opinion. They should have an area for it just for the folks that are interested in buying time share. I for one will never buy timeshare and nor do I want it. I would visit secrets again ! This hotel is AWESOME! Great service top quality food. Everyone at hotel goes above and beyond. I had issues that rented a vehicle chose the option to get it delivered to the hotel because they have a partnership with Avis. Avis never showed up to deliver the car my concierge immediately called got it fixed and leas than 30 min had my car delivered. They went above and beyond. At this hotel they want you hear about their vacation club but once you tell them no they don’t bug you anymore like in other places I stayed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Very nice hotel to stay at. All restaurants are great as well as breakfast. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can have fun and also relax. The beach is nice with surf option and other water sports.

Management was uncaring! Southwest canceled my flight and the team was unwilling to refund a portion of the trip or change the dates! I paid Expedia extra for a cancelation policy but they could not do anything because the flight was canceled 2 hours prior to departure. I would have needed 3 days. The music from the pool is so loud you can hear it in your room. The beach is rocky and has strong currents at low tide. Be careful. There are much better properties in Puerta Vallarta to choose from.

Great location
Great location. Staff were super nice. The building was leaking every time it rained. The restaurants close regularly so ask which days so you can plan accordingly. The rooms with plunge pool on balcony are very loud bc the jets come on at 6am and cannot be turned off. We were not able to sleep past 6am. A/C was definitely not as functional as desired. Overall nice place, but wish A/C was better and jets didn’t wake us up at 6am.

The property was nice, pools should have been cleaner. Staff asked us to get into our room while we were in in to spray for bugs which was odd. The concierge staff was very pushy and disrespectful and kind of ruined our experience, not sure if we would book this hotel again. Drinks were not very good either which was a disappointment but all the food was really good so they do have some good areas of service.

The property was clean and modern. very pretty to look at. How ever, there are some major issues with this resort. If you are looking for child free resort do not book. Half the resort is child friendly, and the half that is supposed to be child free is seldomly enforced. There where frequently children at the restaurants that where 'adult only' also many of the activities on resort where child inclusive. Overall they hide on all their marketing that secrets (adults only) and dreams (family friendly) share the same building ... It's also not worth it to book a level of room that gets you into their "exclusive" areas, as anyone could walk into these due to a lack of a wrist band system, or any sort of checking. Often times the 8th floor 'preferred only' pool was the busiest on the resort. Another issue is that dining is very limited, as the restaurants are not open everyday, which in our case no one had told us. Also compared to other resorts there are very very very limited dining options if you have a restricted diet (let's say vegetarian) and staff is often annoyed with this fact. Beach was full of sharp rocks, they have a first aid kit on site for any beach volley ball because you will cut open your feet. You also can't really swim because it's so rough and sharp rocks. Staff is also ALWAYS trying to sell you extras every step of the way. Really defeats the point of an all inclusive. Spa was nice, wouldn't return to this resort

El hotel está muy bonito. Tiene 2 años desde que lo abrieron, así que todo se ve nuevo. La habitación que escogimos está muy amplia, con unos muebles muy bonitos y el baño muy limpio. En la comida lo único que mejoraria sería el desayuno. Los demás restaurantes están súper bien.
