Unfortunately, we couldn't provide a refund for your night as we received your comments just a few hours before your check-in, and it was an inconvenience caused by an external factor. As you pointed out, we do have a cancellation policy, but due to logistics and organization, it has a deadline of 3 days before your check-in. We are sorry that this inconvenience affected your experience at our Resort.On another note, it's important to mention that our pools are available from 11 a.m. onwards to avoid disturbing guests who may be resting.Regarding our beach, its natural conditions make it ideal for surfing and related sports. We regret that it's not suitable for swimming.
