"Property was great. Zero pool activities! Sub par liquor at the pool. A little better at inside bars and restaurants. Buffet food was ehh! No coffee in the rooms some mornings-or creamer etc.. steak house was hit or miss, long walks to get anywhere. Shows were not great and didn’t start till 10pm No live music except piano player in lobby bar. Won’t be back"

"I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come to this resort. The service is not the best also the food. Pools are not the cleanest if you traveling with kids. The beach is beautiful but it’s self service not even once from staff comes to the beach ask you for drinks compared to different resorts. "

"Excellent place to stay. The suites with private pools were amazing. Butler service by Juan was awesome! He made sure we had everything we needed, reservations at restaurants to ensure no waiting and set up a romantic dinner on the beach. He was very kind and demonstrated a true love for his work!"

"It was excellent! We’ve been going to Hard Rock for over 12 years, but this year decided to change. We wanted something smaller and quieter. If you are looking for a party resort, this is not for you. This is where luxury meets relaxation. The service was excellent, staff worked hard to tractor out the seaweed from the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily (sometimes they came twice in one day to offer cleaning again!) rooms maintained perfectly. We booked a swim up room and it was the best decision. No matter what building your room is in it’s a perfect walking distance to the beach, the main building, main pool and the restaurants. One thing I LOVED about this resort, is there is NO timeshare or membership. Every vacation taken in the past has ruined our day and sometimes several days because of the constant insistence of them trying to get us to buy a membership. My ONLY negative comment is the quality of the food. The variety of the food is great, but the food was hit or miss. I’ve had much better food at different resorts. I also wish there was a buffet option for lunch instead of breakfast only. The room service for breakfast was excellent, but the room service for lunch was not edible, it was honestly horrible. Our favorite restaurant was the grill. Oregano was hit or miss. One recommendation I’d make is the beverage service on the beach, I wish they’d come by more frequently, but honestly the bar is so close to the beach we didn’t mind getting up and walking over. "

"Room with walk out to pool is great. Entertainment staff is awesome. Drinks and bartenders were attentive and some were funny. Food is different than american, although tasty and glad to try different cultures food."

"Waitress on the pool and beach missing almost , entertaining of the pool loud , noises, leavening with headaches. The resort , clean , staff helpful, nice , food okay . I will be back for sure !"

"Everything was good but they have to do some update with the food and having more restaurants open cause they have some restaurants close one day and open the next I think they should have all the restaurants open but other then that everybody was amazing and beautiful!"
