"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"

"Excellent location, friendly staff, tons of fruit flies everywhere, excessive sargassum (seaweed) in front of property; however, walking 10minutes get you to an area with minimal seaweed. hard (salty, slightly yellowish) tap water to shower Great pool"

"This home and complex was excellent! It was exactly as advertised. The gym and pools were easily accessible. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and clean. The security guards were thorough and polite. I had a wonder time during this stay! "
