" Very convenient location close to Roma Termini where public transport is within easy reach. The hotel is very modern and clean, the staff smiling and helpful, the continental breakfast is satisfying, several channels in English on TV. I definitely recommend it"
"It’s impossible to properly highlight how highly I think of this hotel, because doing so would required explaining the awful 24 hours prior I had just endured.
After a 3am wake up and my international flight cancelled/being rebooked 4 days later. I needed somewhere to crash. I booked a room, and got the hotel 5 hours prior to check in, hoping I could just drop my bags off and maybe they would have the room ready a little earlier. The gentleman on duty, telling I was tired and having a long day; offered me an upgrade to a ready suite at no charge. It meant so much to me, and I just want to thank the hotel for their wonderful staff.
The bed was firm, the bathroom was quite large, and the hotel is an easy 3 minute walk from the train station to get you to the airport.
Every staff member I met was kind, helpful, and understanding. If I’m ever in Rome, I will absolutely be staying here. Further, anyone I ever meet who is planning on visiting Rome I intend to tell them to stay here. I cannot overstate how fortunate I felt that after a crappy few days… to stay here. "
