"I stayed at Hotel Xcaret from July 12–17 with my family. This was a vacation we had been looking forward to for a long time, and we arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We booked a River Jump Suite, and while we were given that room category, the river outside our room was so dirty that my two teenagers refused to jump in. That is how our vacation began. If you do plan on having more fun on the excursions I suggest that you don’t go with the all-inclusive package as it’s very limiting to the experiences that you get on the excursions. I do suggest that you go with the more expensive option or book outside of it for activities."

"A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there."
