"Nice clean place with lots of amenities. We picked this place to stay with our two teen children so they could each have their own room, we had a rental car and parking is on the property, and it’s fairly close to downtown. It’s situated in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. Rather than try parking downtown we left the car there and took taxis to and from the Latin Quarter, which is about a 10 minute ride. "This student accommodation has just opened. Everything is new and there is still construction dust which will take time to clear. Rooms are compact, with not much ventilation as some rooms have windows that open slightly facing buildings and others with aircons with windows that don’t open. It is close to Eyre square, shopping outlets, public transport to and from the airport with both bus and train stations within a 7 min walk. Good for a few days of budget travel."

The G Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was beautiful and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was much appreciated as we had very hot temperatures on one of the days. Our room was a good size for our family of 4. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was included with our room and it was a table order breakfast rather than buffet. Great selection and delicious, with fast service."

"Cute hotel with nice design. It's located on a very busy street with popular shops and pubs so expect some noise at night (though they do include earplugs in the room!) I don't mind the noise so I slept fine. Other than that I would caution any elderly folks or those with movement disabilities as the building is old and there are a lot of winding, often narrow stairs and halls to access the rooms. Overall, great stay and would recommend"

"Reception areas and room quality were good although the room we were allocated was very poorly located (dark and partly overlooked a raised platform and hotel reception - room 114.) However on request we were allocated an upgrade and the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean although water pressure in bathroom was poor. Staff in dining room and reception were professional and pleasant. Hotel location was less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre and railway station which is perfect for visitors arriving by train"
