Tennisplace offers the ideal Sanibel positioning—conveniently located near the Causeway for easy island access, just a short drive to the beach, and minutes from Periwinkle Way where you'll find an array of charming shops, restaurants, and island attractions. You're perfectly positioned to explore everything Sanibel offers while returning to your peaceful retreat each evening. This condo is a five-minute walk to the bay side beach, which is great for picnics and sun.

Your bedroom features a luxurious Queen-size bed. This cozy retreat accommodates a maximum of 2 guests, making it perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or close friends wanting to share an authentic Sanibel experience. The bathroom includes a practical combination shower/tub. The fully equipped kitchen boasts full-size appliances and everything needed to prepare meals, from quick breakfasts to romantic dinners. There is also a queen pull out sleeper sofa located in the living room.

Step outside your front door to a pleasant sitting area. Your assigned open garage, covered parking spot under the building will eliminate any arrival stress, and we provide complimentary beach chairs and umbrella so you can head straight to the sand.

Please note: This complex allows a 2 week minimum in season and 1 week minimum in the off season.
