House maintenance is really good. Excellent service. Friendly staff. The hotel has modern and beautiful decoration and design. Loft look hotel. Con: Noise from outside (Fully understandable since this is located at the busiest street.) It is a bit dark without natural light. This can be improved by adding more lighting. "

"This hotel is amazing and in a perfect location. Upon arrival we were offered a free upgrade with a side view of the river. Absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with places to go and suggestions for the amount of time we had to explore. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. I certainly would stay here again. Our rental car was safely parked in the garage as well. "

"We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel on the 8th floor. It was very quiet - nice large room. Incredibly stylish decor. Although there are no wardrobes or drawers for storage, the concrete shelving and racks are a neat way to stylishly store everything. Good breakfasts. The staff noticed that it was my partner’s birthday - without any prodding from me, they arranged for a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolate cake and a nice card - very thoughtful and typical of their excellent service. The hotel is in a very good location near the ribeira waterfront. Overall and excellent stay. "
