"The Warwick hotel needs new mattresses and new pillows. The ac system doesn't seem to allow for guest regulation."

"Absolutely fab hotel, really friendly staff, clean rooms with a very comfortable bed. Whilst it is not a modern hotel & it has no facilities such as bar it is just a few minutes walk from Times Square & is surrounded by restaurants. I would recommend if your wanting a fab base in New York"
