"The hotel had a smell that wasn’t good. On the side I stayed on and the room had no refrigerator they wanted me to pay 25.00 for them to bring one to my room. I’ve stayed at Rio, Excalibur and they had refrigerator and microwaves in the rooms. But all had a weird odors. My Cuz stayed at Aria which is owned by MGM like the Excalibur and Luxor and it was nice clean smelled good."

"We did not get to enjoy the pool closed early due to under staff not enough places to eat food"

"The room is okey,clean,but the bathroom don’t have cup to used,when we brushing,and the towel is not really good one,not soft,we arrived Tuesday May12,and weds.they cleaned and Thursday no one clean,we have a lot of garbages to pick up.."

"Great place to stay if you there for concerts. The location is in the middle of all major venues, definitely will stay there again."

"Check in was a bit of a hassle there was three attendance working only one was helpful the other two were very rude. Check out was not as easy as it should have been because the systems were down and the staff that was working the lady was very very short. Reserved two rooms one queen in the family Tower which was a decent room very happy with it updated clean, the other room should have been a king but wound up with a queen double over in the Manor section so the two rooms had separated our family quite a ways away so it was very inconvenient. Overall the stay was not horrible it is very family friendly and and would have gotten a four-star had it not been for the above."
