Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Bad service, room with no air conditioning.

She tried charging me cash for cleaning, her reason was that she never had someone stayed for a full week and that I needed to pay the cleaning people out of my pocket after she already had charged me the cleaning fees on the app, one room had no air conditioner and her solution was for us to stay in the living room or to put the beds all in one room.
