Located in an exclusive building with reception and security team in the most modern part of the city, in the heart of Santa Cruz, where you can walk to the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses and motorway, to comfortably get to know the rest of the island. The building also offers the possibility of leaving your luggage at any time of the day, if you need to, so that you can enjoy the island without worries.

Excellent location at ocean front with large free parking lot and shopping mall close by and only 15 resp. 20 minutes walk to old market hall and city center. Spacious rooms with separate kitchen. Large windows with spectacular ocean view. Modern building with doorman and fast elevators. Easy entry to building and apartment via chip/keycode. Capsule machine is the only equipment for preparing coffee. Quantity of cutlery (knives, teaspoons) is a bit sparse.
