Cockroaches in the hotel.
Everything was okay first two night till I am meeting cockroaches in the roof top area and my room. Interesting think is they accepted my complain about cockroaches but didn't return my next two night which is I left the hotel for the disgusting view. I told them charged two night which is I stayed and return my next two one. But still I didn't get anything and they don't want to return.

City break.
Typical city hotel. Clean enough, everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast not so good. Hot food not very warm, coffee in machine was fine. Bar prices over the top. Very central for the old town tram right outside the hotel.

If you like drum and base make this your base !
A difficult review to write as I always try to see positives. Firstly the good, location wise this place is perfect, there that’s the positives covered. The roof terrace is in fact a nightclub that is open until 4am at the weekends and midnight the other nights, it is very popular and very very noisy. We were first allocated a room on the 5th floor the rooftop venue is on the seventh floor as we arrived on the Wednesday although disturbed by 1am things had calmed down little did we know what the weekend had in store. We came back from a day out on the Friday about 5pm and the hotel was already humming with noise we tried to retire at 11pm but the noise from drum and base music and revellers never let up and we finally fell asleep at 5.30 am. We then asked to be moved to a quieter room the reception staff did not seem surprised by our request but worryingly not concerned ether. We did have a better sleep the next night but worryingly access to the hotel floors is easily granted to the nightclub guests who use the passageways to conduct who knows what again disturbing sleep. This hotel claims to be four star, we have stayed in lots of four star hotels this is not four star. The rooms although spacious are basic and the amenities at this hotel non existent I cannot recommend this hotel unless you are attending the club upstairs when it will be perfect to roll back downstairs to your room.

Good hotel super location
Great super central location with tramstop just outside. Above average room size. Quite nice design although already a little tired. Super comfy bed. Staff were all super friendly espeacially @ reception. Good value for money hotel - I d gladly return or recommend it.

Last second booking due to hotels.com booking us into a hotel that was closed! Literally stood outside to see if it was open and booked.we couldn’t have been better looked after.Even upgraded our room Breakfast had to be room service due to the Covid 19 rules but was great

It is well positioned for parking at Plaza Espana, right on the tramline, lots of local restaurants close by, supermarket close by, a short walk to many of the interesting buildings and other amenities. Easy to drive to the highways to other parts of the Island. If one was a dedicated hiker, close to the Anaga protected area. Unfortunately, because of the COV-19 the restaurant was not accessible.

Disappointing experience
We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions and enjoyed it, the service was very good and staff very pleasant. However on this occasion we were extremely disappointed as we were placed on the 5 th floor next to the lift and there was extremely loud music all night which kept us awake until 5.30 am. I think more thought could have been given to the room we were allocated with the knowledge a function was being held on the roof terrace. Unfortunately this experience has put me off staying at the hotel again.

Lovely
Booked this hotel for its central location. Was not disappointed, various bars restaurants and shops and all the touristy sights within walking distance. Lovely boutique hotel , had 2 rooms both very large, lovely bathrooms with all the free toiletries you need , including razor and toothbrush which was replaced daily. We had a kettle and coffee machine and safe. Great little bar on ground level. Rooftop bar but was closed when we were there. Would highly recommend.

New hotel in great location. Due to carnival one of its best assets- the rooftop bar- was closed though. I was lucky to have internal room so no noise from carnival at all

Excellent location, close to most attractions, but the street noise resulting from the carnival disrupted our sleep at night. Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Poor maintenance - we had to change room twice! And even th third room was not in perfect condition.

It’s a decent property with potential, but certainly not luxury. Not quite there. It’s new, yet our pillows and foot rest were stained (not sure why they were allowed to be put in a room). We left for a large part of the day and came back to an untidied room; we hadn’t indicated to leave it be. Sent messages/questions prior to arrival that went unanswered even though it was indicated that they were read. The in room amenities (shampoo, etc) were tiny bottles. No conditioner, no lotion. There are also good points. Everyone we spoke with were friendly. The room was large (albeit it empty and unfurnished) and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere we wanted. Be mindful the rooftop is not always open. Beautiful lobby and downstairs bar.

We had only one night stay in the hotel and would have loved to stay longer. Modern and extremly spacious rooms. Beautiful lobby and public areas. Located in the heat of the city. Staff is professional and language competent.

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer sind unpraktisch ausgestattet. Schrank fehlt, wer länger bleibt muss aus dem Koffer leben.Frühstück ganz ok, bis auf das Warmspeisen Buffet, da waren die Eier in ein Behältnis gepresst. Hier gilt es unbedingt was zu tun! Personal manchmal nicht Kunden orientiert. Ansonsten für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu teuer! Lage sehr gut im zentralen Stadtbereich.

Das Hotel soll vier Sterne haben. Ist aber von vier Sternen weit entfernt. Real würde ich sagen: zwei Sterne. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist vom billigstem. Alles Ikea und dann noch runtergerockt. Löcher in der Bettwäsche, Klimaanlage ohne Funktion. Die "Rooftop-Bar" mit Kakerlaken auf dem Boden. Die Bänke und Sessel verdreckt und kaputt. Nur im Eingangsbereich schaut alles schick aus. Ansonsten nur das billigste, und das ist auch bereits 10 Jahre alt- oder älter. Keine Empfehlung. Nie wieder!!

Stayed only for one night on a Monday. We had a room on the inside of the building, it was very quiet and we had a good sleep. Breakfast is nothing special but all and all just fine! Location is great within close range to the bus terminal and the city centre, just how we liked it.

Llegamos y había overbokking, aunque nos dijeron que el cliente de nuestra habitación estaba enfermo( nos mintieron). Nos pasaron a otro hotel ( AC marriiot) y nos dieron una habitación en la planta baja, que nos limpiaron a las 18 de la tarde . En definitiva , mal servicio , sin explicaciones de su error ni ningún tipo de compensación por las molestias

Hotel idéalement situé en plein cœur du centre historique. Nous avons eu une chambre au 2ème étage , calme et très spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner a été délicieux et très varié. Le personnel très sympathique et souriant. Tout a été parfait!

Las instalaciones y el equipamiento son modernos y están genial. El trato del personal es muy bueno, principalmente las personas que atienden el desayuno. La ubicación es muy buena. No le hemos dado la máxima nota ya que uno de los días se notaba que no habían limpiado bien el suelo cerca de la cama, si bien es cierto y justo decir que nos fuimos de la habitación ya tarde y seguramente le dieron prioridad al baño que siempres estaba perfecto.
