The home was not in a family-friendly neighborhood. The host did not leave a key, nor was there a padcode lock left to open the door through a code. The front door was wide open to the street, the beds were not made, and the 'heated pool' was in disarray. The host did not respond until 8 hours later, while he was apologetic and refunded our money, this is not a vacation home.
