"We have been staying at the Sofitel Heathrow since 2011 and continues to be a brilliant start to our holiday. The rooms are spacious, very clean and kept very well. We booked a room with club lounge access and again treated to great service. The wine and nibbles were excellent, served by two lovely and friendly gentleman (sorry forgot their names). Breakfast in the morning was a choice of cold items or you could order hot food. Again good service. Only one minor improvement would be extra USB sockets in the room. "

"We always use this property. It is our go to place when travelling through Heathrow. Excellent value in all respects."

"The room was great as was the continental breakfast and lounge. The only negative was the pizza restaurant next door in the Holiday Inn. The service was poor, the pizza options were slim and the food was only so-so. The bar on the other side of the room was very nice with good food options and nice and prompt service. Other than the pizza place, I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
