Clean room. Lovely view of the Royal Mews from my room. Afternoon tea was absolutely lovely. Try the chocolate tea! The doorman & hotel ambassador are gems 💎

A pretty reasonable hotel which has all the usual facilities. Bar doesn't reahave any atmosphere and restaurant was closed. Good night's sleep.

The place was very clean, central and staff were very friendly and helpful

It's central in the Manchester's gay village which is great. Our room was very noisy - thin walls from next door (!) and loud party street outside. The shower was a bit mouldy at the edges but the bed was comfy and with earplugs we slept. Breakfast was only continental - a small bowl of yoghurt and muesli and pastries. No coffee apparently other than the pods in the room with long life milk. Not really the 'boutique' we were looking for - I was with my daughter on a uni visit and the room felt more like a gothic black den with a large 'suggestive' mural on one wall and a huge mirror on the other side. I didn't feel this 'vibe' was very clear from the website!
