8.8/10 Excellent! (787 reviews)
Unfortunately my allocated room was very close to a noisy generator/air conditioning unit which meant two nights of disturbed sleep.
The fridge in the room was not cold - query malfunctioning?.
Reported both issues to reception staff on departure - little concern shown or apology given.
Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

9/10 Wonderful! (387 reviews)
Room smelled strongly of a strange chemical floral smell. Had to keep the window open to try and air it out. No food available nearby. There is a mall within a short walk that offers a Greg’s and a McDonald’s. The hotel is not 4 stars. It is a bit rundown. The staff are nice and try to be helpful.

The staff was amazing. Shout out to P, Casey, Callum and the rest of the team. The rooms were fun. A free beer upon arrival was a nice start to vacation. Enjoyed the free breakfast.

Such a great hidden gem and wonderful experience. Great location away from all the noise and sea of people in old town with amazing restaurants and bars right next door. BABA was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

We were upgraded to a larger room and had early check in. The room was really nice, clean, comfy bed, and well laid out. You couldn’t ask for a more ideal location.
One of us fell ill and the concierge team was exceptional - locating a doctor to come to our room, while checking in on us our entire stay. A top notch hotel, with some really cool public spaces and a pretty good bar.
