The staff we interacted with were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay! The room was beautiful, as always and comfortable- a home away from home!

The room was very nice and clean. We only had interaction with the front desk clerk and she was very nice. We had breakfast twice in the dining room. The service was not great The food was OK but overpriced.

I was not pleased with the room overall. While the room condition was acceptable (Ivory Room, 1 King), the experience did not meet expectations. The minibar is unusable for personal items due to a weight sensor, which is unreasonable. If a refrigerator is needed, there is an additional $25 per night fee, and there is no microwave provided at all. In addition, guests are charged a $146.50 resort fee on top of a $300 incidental hold. It is unclear what this resort fee includes, as the room quality and available amenities do not justify the cost. Pricing is different from Expedia once you actually arrive for check in. The room itself is mediocre at best and clearly outdated. Temperature control was inconsistent, and the room remained uncomfortably humid throughout the stay. The shower design is poor—regardless of how the showerhead is positioned, water ends up all over the bathroom floor. Overall, this room did not provide the level of comfort or value expected given the added fees. Stay 12/12-12/15 2025

enjoyed our stay, the strip view in our room was amazing. the kids totally loved it. we love how spacious and clean the whole unit was. we were attended promptly by staff. amazing service. we'll definitely come back

We always enjoyed the restaurants they use to have and also being able to sit outside in the hot tub but it was closed. We won’t stay there again

Room was okay. It would be nice if there’s a coffee maker/supply of coffee in the room to wake up to.
