Great staff. But room was not dusted or swept on our 2nd day onwards.

The hotel was great. The food in the restaurants was good. Felt safe and secure to stay. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The prices is a little expensive, but he experience was good.

Marena (our server on the beach for several days) was fantastic!!!! Room service and housekeeping staff were also great and very attentive and friendly. Our biggest down side was the number of people attempting to sell us trinkets on the beach. We were hounded everyday by these people trying to sell things. That was VERY annoying. We are very disappointed that the resort allows this to happen. Bathrooms within a distance from the beach were scarce and when you did find one, they were very dirty. Nighttime entertainment was none existent. Someone playing a saxophone in the lobby for an hour doesn't constitute a show! We will venture to find another resort for our next trip to Cancun.

Everything was nice and clean

The rooms were very clean, amazing friendly service. Shuttle on time no issues. No problem with air-conditioning. Matter of fact, we had to shut it off cause it was too cold.

Room was clean- a bit dated but very clean. Property could use some maintenance but it was minor. I highly recommend this resort if travelling with children. They do have to do something to get the situation with Chair reserving under control. People would reserve every chair and then have no one there for hours(sometimes over 5 hours) Others could be using these but they have no system to monitor it. This definately impacted our enjoyment some days
