"The hotel is near the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge which is why I picked it. The rooms are pretty standard, not many channels available inside the rooms and no phone service to contact the front desk if needed. I had issues with a nonstop running toilet, but hotel staff looked into the issue immediately after it was reported. "

"The hotel is a bit tucked away and was initially a bit difficult to find as my google maps kept spinning direction, possibly due to the environment. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. I liked the lighting options along with heating and air conditioning. An affordable place to stay in canary wharf. No dining but did offer coffee, crisps & snacks. We got back after 11pm and all the restaurants were closed so if you're peckish, eat beforehand or it's a delivery...

"Excellent hotel overlooking the Blackheath green space outside of Canary Wharf. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff in the breakfast and bar are unusually friendly for London, lol. Great place. A rare treat to have a small village like atmosphere. Parking is an issue and very expensive if you do happen to be driving. The hotel has free spaces for guests, but it is potluck getting one. Blackheath station is on the Southeastern so good access to London Bridge etc. "

"This was an excellent place to stay while attending a conference at London ExCel. Easily walkable, just off the Queen Elizabeth line. Clean and comfortable accommodation. "

"The accommodation was excellent and clean. The negative was there was 4 pods of milk in the room for 2 people and when I asked for some more milk for the room I was told by receptionist milk was short so I couldn’t have any. I am disappointed that this could not be addressed. "

"the staff and service was great! would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in east london. two disclaimers: expedia says laundry is included in the hotel, we found out that they actually outsource laundry and you need to pay for it. also for the breakfast, there aren’t too many filling halal options"

"Finding the carpark was a little bit of a challenge as I got there late at night. The actual stay was nice I wish I had stayed there longer than the few hours I stayed. "
