"Some of the surrounding properties are rather rundown probably due for renovation. The main drawback for us on the property was the parking. Parking is in a parking structure and unfortunately the hotel did not validate. Therefore, I ended up paying almost 19 pounds for my overnight stay for my rental car. Otherwise, the staff were extremely attentive, very friendly, and the beds were wonderful and clean. We got a good night sleep because we had to catch a plane in the morning but overall I...

"Great and convenient place to stay in Manchester. I stayed for one night. Check in was easy and front desk person was very nice and helpful. Room was a good size but it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The toilet still had the toilet brush on the toilet seat and there were some small but noticeable dark (maybe coffee?) stains in the bathroom sink. Best part about the stay was the location as it was right in the center of Manchester. It was convenient to walk to shops and restaurants."

"The property was very clean and the room was of a really good standard. Only criticisms are not having enough plug points and not having coffee/tea facilities in the room (although there is facilities in the lobby), it’s nicer to have them in the comfort of your room. Would stay again :)"

"One night stay after a visit to old Trafford for a football game. Area is nice and hotel is located well for stadium. Lots of restaurants around and easy access to other areas of Manchester. Staff in the hotel were friendly and really helpful. Hotel clean, tidy and well equipped. Some areas of our room could have done with a refresh but overall a good standard. Breakfast was good and we left happy with our experience."
