"Great location. Lovely big room and bathroom. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool and steam room/sauna - practically had them to myself. It’s a shame there are no loungers round the pool (as per photographs on website) - only chairs. It’s a small area so maybe they weren’t practical. "

"Hotel was in an amazing location to explore the Old Town, and a 15 minute walk to the New Town. Open top bus stop right outside. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Lots of bathroom products supplied. Staff were extremely friendly, and breakfast was lovely - great choice of buffet style items plus cooked options. "

"Great location, ideal if you’re getting the train. I was able to check in early, and was given a free cocktail as it was a special occasion. I couldn’t work the air conditioning and within about two minutes of ringing reception, the maintenance team were up to fix it. Every interaction I had with staff was exceptional. A lovely hotel, full of staff who genuinely seem to care. "

"Hotel was a great end to our 2 week tour around Scotland. The parking was my biggest concern but the hotel partnered with Omni at the nearby shopping center and as long as you pre booked it went very smoothly. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The restaurant was pretty good with great staff. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks and enjoyed our experience each time. "

"While I love the proximity to the airport and tram, the sidewalks were absolutely dire and crossing the roundabout to get to the tram was grim. That's not the hotel's responsibility, but it did make navigation on foot with a stroller quite challenging. The room was comfortable and spacious though, the beds were comfortable, and the provided cot was clean and premade for us upon our request."

"Great location to explore Edinburgh. The rooms felt a little clinical with not much character, but were very comfortable. Great choice of breakfast. Good choice of restaurants and bars around and really close to Edinburgj castle. We chose the hotel partly becuase of the sky bar with the view, but this was only open on weekends, and children are not allowed, which had we known we may have chosen a different hotel. Overall a comfortable stay and lovely hotel."
