"Hotel was great! Oasis in the middle of a very bustling, crazy and tough city! Room was great, pool was good. But all in the city so everything was a bit small (I'm 6"4 and was with my family...maybe we were too big : )... Really liked Sophie, she saw to all of our needs, but all of the staff were great and keen to help!"

"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage. Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful.
