"Amazing staff, At the front desk Lucia was very friendly and explained to us every detail of the hotel that we should know, in the restaurant area everyone was very helpful, especially I don't remember her name but I know he was from Moldova."

"The only glitch is that everey time we phone the Concierge or the Front Desk from our room no one would pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs but overall good hotel. Not close to the main building but it does have an incredible view. Personnel is helpful."

"We loved the location! Very walkable to main London attractions, including shopping, restaurants and pubs as well the Thames. We compared to many properties and Marlin Waterloo was the best value! The kitchenette was very handy and felt that the room was designed well for a family of 4 adults. Would definitely recommend and this would be our first choice for a return trip to London "

"very lovely older hotel. Our toilet misfunctioned and staff quickly moved us to another room. My only suggestion is to have fresh rather than canned fruit at breakfast."
