We always appreciate feed back and try our best to resolve issues, in this case no opportunity was given to the hotel to resolve any issues, as you had packed up and left before telling anyone of your problems. If we have a room that was not serviced or was dirty then this is not how the room should be presented and if you had reported it to reception we would of had an opportunity to check the problems. As no report was made then we can not verify the problems you say were present. If your a person with disabilities or a big person, then people usually contact the hotel before their visit with requests, and if we can accommodate the requests then we will do our best. Our number one complaint is people complaining about other people, again we can not be held responsible for other people snoring during the night. The Silversands Hotel offers a very friendly service to our guests, we help people with information about Blackpool, disability aids, diet requirements, and offer a great entertainment program. We are a very friendly hotel and go above and beyond to ensure that the customers have a great stay.

All the beds are of a standard size at the Silversands Hotel, we have never had any complaints about a standard full length bed before. This person is talking a load of nonsense, or perhaps his feet are 2 feet long (excuse the pun). If you want more food for your breakfast all you need to do is ask. Some people have scrambled eggs, poached eggs, extra bacon, extra sausage, any combination, all you need to do to get what you want is ASK. Its not a problem, the staff are there to serve you. If you want more toast, you again only have to ASK. The breaskfast we serve is of a very high standard and we offer a large range of combinations. Due to COVID extra precaustions now have to be implemented to keep everyone safe, We feel that the Silversands Hotel goes above and beyond to now implement a safe enviroment for our guests and we try very hard to maintain a good level of comfort and service throughout the Hotel.
