Villa Gracia is a beautiful, well appointed home located in the private gated community of Punta Ballena, which is home to the world famous Esperanza Resort. Beautifully framed archways of rich woods combined with marble floors, neutral tones and rich red and brown accents give a classic yet contemporary feel to this home. It is old world Mexico combined with modern day amenities which include your private putting green.

Spacious indoor living areas make this villa very comfortable for 3 or more couples. Three out of the 4 bedrooms in the main house have ocean views. The lower master has a private plunge pool just steps from your king size bed and a private seating area.  This room also is just off of the large private putting green area, making this home a self contained paradise.

Beautiful property

The property is just as listed and even better in person. We had 2 families with 5 adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The outside deck and pool are great and the chipping/putting green was a bonus and lots of fun. Having the golf cart available is also great as we were attending wedding events at the Esperanza Resort so this made it very easy. We had a few issues though with taxi and Uber drivers being able to find the house but figured it out. I would also say that the house is incredible but definitely in need of a few repairs (clogged drain in the shower, some doors that wouldn't close all the way, air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms) - nothing major and all of which we reported to the management company. When it gets closer to your arrival dates the management company will contact you and take care of everything you need for arrival - they were great and made things super easy. All in all a great house, great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Gracia is located in walking distance to the beach. You have access to the club in the community which is fantastic. You are a 10 min drive to downtown Cabo. House is spacious. Has wifi, dish network in the family room and use of a golf cart. The house is very clean. The matresses are very comfortable. The view to the ocean is spectacular. There were only 2 things that were not up to our satisfaction. One is there was a problem with the hot water. It took forever (10 minutes) for hot water to start running. The second is the shower heads are awful. Other than that the place is 10 star.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brought our 3 teenage boys to Cabo. The house is a perfect location. Very close to the fun of Cabo. Yet the location of the house is very private and secure. Golf and tennis nearby. Our cook (Christina) was excellent and was eating homemade meals with Grandma. Ricardo and Rosa made sure every need was met and every question was answered. Really special place with really great people. Must does; Eat at Flora Farms, Cactus ATV tour, dinner at Alexanders, lunch at the Mango deck, golf, jets skis, surf lessons.
