Gorgeous casita nestled in an exclusive gated community in Cabo’s corridor. Witness the beauty of the Arch from the beach club and enjoy gazing the sunsets only Cabo offers. The property is a studio located in a larger lot, 1 king bed, kitchen (no oven). There is a 2 car private parking spot, not roofed. The property sits inside Santa Carmela, a gated community with 24 hour security and a community pool right by the ocean. Although the beach by the club house is not swimmable due to rocks, Santa Maria bay is a short 5 minute car ride away. Downtown Cabo is a 10 minute car ride away, where you will find the beautiful Marina, filled with Sailing boats, Booze cruises, Scuba, and Multi-million dollar yachts.
