"Management amazing small issue sorted quickly and with a genuine attitude and a smile. Anthony on the door and Mohammed the head porter are both extremely welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast had a huge choice all food was fresh, can be a slight wait at peak times but not an issue. We would definitely stay again, thank you."

"Room was spacious and new. Towels were thick and clean. Hot water for shower were almost immediate unlike certain hotels that take a while to heat up. The breakfast selection must be one of the best around. In terms of location it’s very convenient and about 3-5 min to Victoria station where you can catch a train to Gatwick Airport. The bus terminal located here also means many buses end here. Becos the hotel is rather big and strangely designed, it can be a challenge walking through a maze of corridors to find your room. "
