"Arrived late in the evening and found there still to be parking available - and the parking area felt very safe. Once checked in the hotel staff showed us to our room and explained where everything was in the room and where and when breakfast was served. The room was slightly dated but clean and there was tea/coffee and biscuits in the room. Staff were all lovely and we enjoyed our stay."

"Clean, comfortable hotel, excellent for getting into central London as apsley train station is a 2 min walk. Also close bus links if needed and good car links (M25, M1 or A41). Parking onsite can get busy but we managed to get a spot when needed. Breakfast was good and included in room rate which was appreciated. Friendly staff, room was clean and had everything you need (hairdryer, ironing board, kettle, TV, USB slots etc). Personally, we found the bed a bit small (queen size double) and firmer than home but we managed. Hotel was quiet overnight (good sound proofing). We've stayed at most of the hotels in Hemel and this one is the best overall, we will be back in future. Also worth a mention, the hotel is dog friendly which we will test next time. Bar available with good choice. Also seemed to be extensive menu on offer, didnt get a chance to try."
