"Rooms are nice and spacious . We stayed Thursday to Tuesday, in July. Staff were nice and the resort was fairly clean. Pool could have been cleaned better. Only one guy cleaned 2 massive pools in like and hour. Sometimes there were left over cups floating around. The staff at the bars were nice but the alcohol was terrible. They showed premium brands but did not taste like it and were watered down. The food at the buffet started out amazing and lots of options, but as the week went on the selection had got smaller and smaller. For the resort only being booked at maybe 40% we couldn't even get into the a'lacarte restaurants. I couldn't imagine in the winter. The resort always has staff pestering you to go on excursions and join there membership program, and they are everywhere. The resort is also located 50 min from the cancun airport so be prepared to pay $80 usd each way. I would say that it was OK for the price."

"Staff was super helpful upon arrival & during our entire stay. From the lobby staff to the dining staff and then service staff around the pool and around the property- all friendly and kind. Only downfall is that there isn’t easy access to the beach but the plenty of pools make up for it :)."

"Great stay! Although the beach was not swimmable due to the sargassum, the beach sand white and soft and walkable. The resort had nightly entertainment, including the World Cup games! The food was very tasty and there was a great selection! The resort was clean and well maintained. All the employees were very friendly and polite! I would definitely recommend it."

Disfrutamos especialmente de las cenas en los restaurantes, destacando Cantina Los Faroles por su ambiente, atención y deliciosa comida. Los parques hicieron que nuestras vacaciones fueran aún más inolvidables. Xenses y Xplor fueron nuestros favoritos por su diversión, creatividad y aventura. Recomendamos totalmente Hotel Xcaret México para unas vacaciones especiales en familia. Sin duda regresaríamos."

"Everything about this property was incredible. It was off the charts. The food was by far the best I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. Everything was fresh, selections were plentiful and diverse, and the recipes were delicious. The staff was accommodating, helpful, and friendly, and anytime I even considered needing something, they had it ready for me before I could finish my sentence. The speakeasy was absolutely adorable. I wish I got to enjoy it more than one night because one of the nights of my stay they were closed, but it is such a fun and cozy little hangout spot! The pool was gorgeous and the service was just spectacular. The room was immaculate… Actually the entire resort was immaculate and extremely secure as well. After taking a taxi back from an adventure, we had to show ID and our hotel wristbands to get in past security because the resort operates like a gated community to ensure only guests enter. Overall, an incredible experience, and I can’t wait to return in the future."
