"I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast this trip but in the past it was good. The room was nice as always. This trip I left behind a golf shirt, when I got home I called and was told no shirt was turned in, that’s very disappointing."

"I have never stayed in a dump like this Ramada. Temp in the room was about 78 degrees and the air conditioner was set at 61. Real helpful. Rattled all night. No shelves in the shower or cleaning items. But they did have four small bottles on a shelf over the toilet. Three body wash and one conditioner. Thanks much for the shampoo. TV was junk. Frig didn't work. No elevator so thanks for letting me get my exercise by hauling all my bags up a not up to code stairwell. Parking lot full of dumpsters. Should have been used to just clean out every room in this dump."

"Everything went very well right from the start. Staff was excellent, room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was very good, Pool & hot tub was very nive & clean. Will definitlely recommend this hotel"

"We paid a lot of money to stay at this home manly because it is geared towards kids and we are traveling with our kids and grandkids. Upon arrival the pool was dirty and the heat was not working. Main part of going to Florida in February and March is to be able to swim and enjoy the outdoors. The owner said they would have someone out the next day. The pool should have been cleaned and heater verified as working upon arrival! Day 2 still could not swim. Someone came to check the filter and we were told the owner would need to approve the purchase before they could replace it. The power told us to remove the filter to get the pool working. Day 3, still unusable but the pool company came and told us that if they treated the pool we would not be able to use it for another 24 hours so we told them no. As Michigan pool owners we decided to go get some shock andHandle it ourselves. Pool finally started clearing up however it was still filthy. Pool was a disaster from start to finish. Upstairs shower where the kids would need to bathe, rail was broken and sticking out so it was also unusable. Downstairs bathroom off patio had no cold water so again, unusable and the kids could not wash their hands in there as the water was only hot. Owner was very difficult to get a hold of ( they told us they were on a cruise) and unhelpful. Would NOT stay here again. "

"We had the most wonderful two week stay! The house was incredible for our large, multi generational family. The young children loved the pool and playroom and spent hours enjoying those spaces. The management was incredibly responsive and helpful. Hope we can stay again soon!"
