Everything was perfect, suites are luxurious and very clean with all amenities. View is amazing. Totally recommend

Hotel Vik front desk staff were quite possibly the kindest and most accommodating hotel staff I’ve ever interacted with. When you stay in Vik Apartments you check in and out with the Hotel across the property.

Really impressed with everything in the hotel. Staff were lovely, location was excellent and the room itself was lovely. The bedroom felt like a mini appartment with lots of equipment. You are right in the middle of the town here and 2 mins from bus stop 1 where you can get tours from and airport transfer

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was very cozy, welcoming, and friendly. Nice, simple hotel. Had some admin issues with the payment site before departure but they dealt with it no fuss. When I had to leave too early for breakfast on the last day, the staff ready made me a sandwich, very kind. Generally a nice place, slightly on the edge of town but really good for a less busy outdoor swimming pool by the sport area, Laugardalslaug, and not too far from Hlemmur, Perlan etc. Not a huge room, but nice bed, nice bathroom. This is a brand new hotel located conveniently close to the city centre. Rooms are well appointed. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Had a great time. Great facilities and very nice apartment on the 4th floor. Spacious room, enough for a family of 4. Ideal location for us as it was central for our daily visits. Hope to return soon. And thanks to Johanna for the warm welcome.

I had a lovely stay here, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent and I was impressed and suprised they had plenty of vegan options. I definitely recommend it!

This place was great. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. The location was great! Being a solo traveler I could easily make it to most parts of the city on foot. It was also very close to the bus terminal and one of the bus pick up locations for tours through companies. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Really nice, cozy hotel in the heart of Reykjavik. They have a super nice little bar/restaurant as well where we had drinks. Clean and nice rooms, and friendly staff. The only downside was that when we asked if we could check in early, they said we would have to pay 20 euros extra, even for just 30 minutes earlier.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Room was lovely, really nice bed and a short walk to all the shops.
