Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Breakfast amazing

I had 3 nights of business in Stratford. My room was Excellent with my own balcony. The breakfast was good and staff friendly. I will come back to Hotel Du Vin.

Excellent hotel and the staff were fantastic. I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Birmingham.

Absolutely great accommodation Great location Breakfast is fab 100% recommended

Yes room was spotless, staff just lovely and helpful and the ambiance of hotel just gorgeous

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. Professional staff

Apartment was as described, same as pictures, a little on the small side but lovely all the same. Staff were very friendly even offering us a top floor apartment as we were travelling with a child and it was the quietest room. Over all very clean building. Situated very near the bullring shopping centre, bus stops and train station.

Love this hotel. Staff are super friendly. Best beds ever. Restaurant down stairs has so many options. Bus outside in to city or Solihull. Great shops

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Gabriela on reception made our trip super special in her attitude towards us. Friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special...

It’s not about reviews it’s about being authentic. If you’re fun of British culture and history you need to visit this place. All in all it’s unique and unforgettable experience. Close to the city centre.
